Create the Perfect Pout!
Almost everyone wants full, luscious lips, but not everyone knows how to create the effect. Try these top tips to get your fill of full lips.
1. Apply a tiny dab of foundation or concealer to your lips to diminish your natural lip line.
2. With short, feathery strokes, use a lip liner and draw a line around the outside contour of your lips. Be sure to choose a shade that matches your natural lips.
3. Apply your favorite lipcolor. Just be careful not to apply it over the edges of your lip liner.
4. Spotlight the size: Dab gloss in the center of upper and lower lips to add shout to your pout.
